Book titles, descriptions, prices and availability are displayed for customer reference. We try to keep the catalogue accurate, but availability, pricing and delivery timelines may change based on stock and operational conditions.

Orders

Customers must provide accurate name, email, phone number and delivery address. Orders may be confirmed only after email verification and successful submission through checkout.

Payments

Customers may select Cash on Delivery where available or online payment through PayU. Online payment success is subject to gateway confirmation. If a payment fails, the order may remain pending until payment is completed or another method is selected.

Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, location and logistics partners. Customers should inspect the package on delivery and contact us promptly for any issue.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation requests should be raised before dispatch. Refunds for eligible online payments will be processed through the original payment channel as per gateway and banking timelines. COD orders are not treated as paid until collected at delivery.
